It's such a really great opportunity to gathering among UN-Nippon Foundation Alumni in Tokyo during April13rd-16th, 2009. I am looking forward for that. The meeting will include the seminar on the law of the sea with the special topic on The Basic Japanese Sea Law. I will come back to update for that event.
