The Carribean Sea

The Caribbean Sea is the fantastic place of the coral reef..and Barbados is also the best place for diving. Sailing boat along the shoreline is also amazing. In this picture is Andrei...friendly guy and Uira...he has been my good friend since we have known in NY.

LA-Caribbean alumni meeting was held in Barbados

The LA-Caribbean alumni meeting held in conjunction with the IOI training module: Law of the Sea and Principled Ocean Governance. In the first two days, the alumni have opportunities to fulfill their experiences and sharing the idea on the ocean governance and the law of the sea focusing on the topic of the Ecosystem Based Approach, Precautionary Principle, Public participation Principle and Polluter Pays Principle. The topics for the remained days of meeting and the discussion among alumni due to their exercising on the strengthening the working group will be reported regularly during the meeting.
